grade filter that incorporates Aquamira Filtration Technology. It is
tested and certified to remove >99.9% of Cryptosporidium and Giardia
(common water borne pathogens). Activated coconut shell carbon reduces
waterborne chemicals, improves water taste and eliminates odors.
The Tech: Aquamira Filtration Technology is Tested and certified to
remove >99.9% of Cryptosporidium and Giardia. A two stage filtration
system incorporates a high density polypropylene fiber prefilter to
screen out larger particles, and a highly efficient porous plastic
carbon block final filter provides high water flow with low pressure
drop. This means that drinking with the filter is easy. This new
filtration system is so efficient that one cartridge will provide up to
100 gallons of easy to drink filtered water.
Easy to Use. The Frontier Sport Water Bottle filter converts any water
bottle WITH A STRAW (NOTE: straw not included) into a filter bottle that
supplies 100 gallons of great tasting, microbiologically safe water at a
fraction of the price of bottled water.
100 Gallon Capacity means that you prevent four hundred 32oz., or eight
hundred 16oz. water bottles from ending up in the landfill. That equals a
minimum of 35 pounds of plastic going to waist along with 00.00 of your
hard earned money (based on 32oz. PET water bottles @ .50/bottle and
1.4oz/bottle and cap).
Activated coconut shell carbon reduces waterborne chemicals, improves
the taste of the filtered water and eliminates odors. Miraguard
antimicrobial technology suppresses the growth of bacteria, algae,
fungus, mold and mildew within the filter media (protecting the filter
over time). Miraguard does not protect users against food borne or
disease causing bacteria, viruses, germs or other disease causing
organisms.
