Aspen Mulling Spices

Aspen Mulling Company has extracted cinnamon, cloves, orange, lemon, nutmeg, and other natural goodness into a powder which dissolves completely. Just add a little of the spiced mix and let it dissolve into whatever you've cooked up to add the best mouth-watering flavoring you'll ever taste.

Sample Aspen Mulling Spices Recipes:
Apple Squares
Ingredients:
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3/4 C. Aspen Mulling Spices
- 1 egg
- 1 C + 1 T flour
- 2 med. apples, cored and diced
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts
Instructions:
- Cream the butter with the salt, sugar and egg.
- Combine the dry ingredients and add them to the creamed mixture.
- Stir in the apples and nuts.
- Pour into a greased 8 x 8 pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.
Aspen Mulling Spices Holiday Wassail
Ingredients:
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1 can (46 oz) pineapple juice
- 1 can (6 oz) frozen orange juice
- 1 carton Aspen Mulling Spices
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cored apple, cut in rings
- 2 oranges, cut in rings
Instructions:
- Heat the first five ingredients together in a large container.
- For garnish, put the apples and oranges onto cinnamon sticks.
- Simmer to let the flavors blend, then pour into a punch bowl to serve.
